Established in 1930, the Hampden Football Netball League is South-West Victoria’s premier competition coordinating. The competition has 10 active clubs involved across the region spread between Camperdown, Hamilton, and Portland. The league has approximately 2,300 football participants across senior and junior grades.

The Western Victoria Female Football League is an emerging competition that commenced in 2017 to cater for female-only participants across the broader region of Western Victoria. Growing in popularity, the competition is made up of 10 present clubs fielding approximately 500 participants. Clubs are spread in and around the major population centres of Warrnambool, Hamilton, Portland and Horsham. The competition presently has a senior and junior grade.
